"24th Annual Conference and Get Together"

      The Texas Conference Committee is excited to host the 24th Annual Conference and Get Together of the 5P- Society. The Sheraton Grand Hotel is located close to the Dallas-Forth Worth Airport in Irving, Texas. The Sheraton Grand Hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the Airport.

The Family Fun Event will be held on Friday evening at Austin Ranch, where we will be having a barbeque and enjoying games and entertainment. The Sibling outing will be to the Incredible Pizza Company in Euless, Texas. It's going to be $20 per person for 3 hours of unlimited games and rides including go-carts. They are going to set aside a room for us and the cost also includes lunch. The best part, a limo service has agreed to donate a limo (or 2) to transport the kids and chaperones to and from the place. If you want to check out the site, it's at www.ipceuless.com.

The Sheraton Grand Hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the Grapevine Mills Mall. There are several eateries within walking distance of the hotel.

The 5P- Society has contracted with the Sheraton Grand Hotel room rates of $109.00 per night. A few suites are available at $149.00 per night. You can reserve your rooms by contacting (800) 345-5251 and letting the hotel know you are with the 5P- Society. If you run into any problems when making your room reservations please contact Laura at the 5P- Society at (888) 970-0777 and she will assist in getting your reservations. Check-in is 3:00 PM and Check-out is 12:00 noon. In order to guarantee your room rate your reservations should be made prior to July 1, 2009; any reservations made after this date may or may not get the preferred rate.

Registration fees for the conference are $150.00 for up to two adults and two children; additional adults are $50.00 each and additional children are $25.00 each.
